Pricing FAQ
Do I need a card for the trial?
You try every feature of the plan for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, pick a plan or the store pauses; your data stays.
Do you take a cut of sales?
No. Mervio charges no transaction fee, you only pay for the plan. Payment providers (Paysera, OPAY) charge their own rates.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. Lithuanian companies pay 21 % VAT on top, EU companies with a valid VAT number are reverse charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, change plans at any time and the difference is prorated. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
What happens if I go over the product limit?
Existing products keep working, you just cannot add new ones until you change plans.
Will you help me move my store?
Yes. Move products from Shopify, WooCommerce or any spreadsheet with a CSV file, and for our first customers we do the move ourselves.
